LOTUS HERBALS STRAWBERRY LIP BALM – REVIEW

I was about to write an article and ended up watching a movie with my mom.

Father of The Bride – A great movie to ponder around! Not just Steve Martin, every dad will have a hard time to let go of their daughters. Besides all wedding chaos, the feeling of loneliness and emptiness will run into the hearts of every parent.

Well, it took me down the memory lane to reminisce over the fine memories I had with my dad, that’s been enacted in every bead on the string of my life. Isn’t wonderful to have your dad walk you down the aisle at your wedding? That part, I’ll be missing it! Nevertheless, my mom will do the honor of walking me down the aisle…

Alright! So, what’s in-store today? Only cold days, white lips, winter mornings remind us the need for lip balm and it stays with us all the time! The rest all days, it disappears and hides in a corner.

Lotus Herbals Strawberry Lip Balm – it was bought on the idea proposed by my friend to evade dryness on lips. It costs 125 Rs for 5 g and comes in a beautiful jar pot.

How does it feel?

It acts as a moisturizer and it does work well! Extracts of Strawberry and Orange gives a melting fragrance every time when you apply it. Its texture is smooth enough to moisturize the lips. Besides hydrating, it heals the chapped lips in the long run. It has got a lovely tint of crimson and results a sleek lip. Remember, this can’t be used as an alternate for lipstick. It’s just a lip moisturizer.

Just like any other lip balm, I’ll have to re-do it after every meal. Its compact design will ease the work of carrying it around. If you had been using plain lip balm, try this on! You’ll feel the difference..

It’s well-intended to wash your hands before every application to prevent from bacterial infections. And, it’s wiser not to share lip balms with anyone.

As a side note:

Don’t think that only lip balm will help you to battle dry, cracked lips. Drink plenty of water to keep hydrated and help you regain lost moisture. This will eliminate the cause for excessive dryness in your skin.
