Garlic – ¼ cup
Salt – 1 tbsp.
Groundnut oil – ¼ cup
HOW TO MAKE GINGER GARLIC PASTE AT HOME
- Clean and slice ginger. Peel the garlic cloves. Sun-dry the garlic and ginger for 2 hours.
- In a blender, add the ginger, garlic, salt and churn a while. Then, add the cold-pressed groundnut oil and blend. Refrigerate the ginger garlic paste in a clean bottle!
