HOW TO MAKE A SMOOTHIE BOWL
- Clean and slice mangoes and banana. In a blender, puree mangoes, banana and blueberries. Add milk and palm sugar to the puree and blend until desired consistency is reached.
- Transfer it to a bowl and then garnish with sliced bananas, mangoes, nuts and seeds. Refrigerate before serving!
- Almond / cashew milk could be swapped for milk. Blending the puree with little peanut butter makes it yummy!
